SESSION PHILOSOPHY
Eating and drinking herbs is a wonderful way to encourage nourishment within the body. Humans have evolved side-by-side with medicinal plants for thousands of years, and throughout this time our physiology has become well equipped for utilizing and digesting plant-foods and the nutritional properties they hold. By honoring the ancient civilizations that discovered and utilized the nutritional properties of herbs, we can both learn about them in our present day, and responsibly encourage the nourishment of various systems within the body, particularly our immune system, central nervous system, and digestive system.
